Brewthy Return & Refund Policy

Applies to: All functional coffee and filter bag products purchased via brewthylimited.com or authorized Brewthy pop-up events.


1. Our Wellness Commitment

At Brewthy, we want your ritual to be perfect. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Because our products are perishable food items, this policy ensures we maintain the highest safety and hygiene standards for our community while staying fair to you.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Damaged or Defective Product arrived opened, punctured, wet, or past its expiry date. Full Refund or Free Replacement (including shipping)
Incorrect Order You received a different functional series or quantity than ordered. Full Refund or Free Replacement (including shipping)
Change of Mind Product must be unopened, sealed, and in original packaging. Must request within 7 days after receiving the product Product Refund (original shipping fees are non-refundable; customer pays return shipping)

3. Exceptions & Non-Refundable Items

To ensure food safety, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds in the following cases:

  • Opened Products: Any filter bag or powder package that has been opened, partially used, or had its seal broken.

  • Improper Storage: Damage caused after delivery due to high humidity or heat (we recommend storing in a cool, dry place).

  • Delayed Requests: Requests made more than 7 days after received.

  • Bazaar Purchases: Items bought in person at local pop-ups are eligible for on-site exchange only. Please inspect your brew before leaving our booth.

4. How to Start a Request

If your purchase qualifies, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide Details: Include your Order Number, a brief description, and clear photos of the issue (especially for damaged or wrong items).

  3. Approval: We will review your request within 2 business days.

  4. Return Shipping: If a return is required for a "Change of Mind," you are responsible for the shipping cost. For defective items, we will provide a pre-paid label or reimbursement.

5. Refunds & Subscriptions

  • Refund Processing: Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa or Master) within 5–10 business days.

  • Subscription Orders: You may skip or cancel upcoming orders via your account portal at least 3 business days before your billing date. Shipped subscription cycles follow the standard return policy above.
