1. Shipping within Hong Kong

Door-to-Door: We deliver to residential and commercial addresses. (Note: Remote areas may incur additional time).

SF Pick-up Points: During checkout, please provide the specific SF Store Code or SF Locker Code in the shipping address field to ensure accurate delivery.
2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding Public Holidays).

Orders placed during Local Bazaars or promotional events may take an additional 1–2 days to process due to high volume.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your delivery via the SF Express website/app.
3. Unsuccessful Delivery

If SF Express is unable to deliver due to an incorrect address or if the package is not picked up from a locker within the allotted time, the package may be returned to us.

Re-shipping fees caused by incorrect information or failure to collect will be the responsibility of the customer.
