1. Shipping within Hong Kong

• Door-to-Door: We deliver to residential and commercial addresses. (Note: Remote areas may incur additional time).

• SF Pick-up Points: During checkout, please provide the specific SF Store Code or SF Locker Code in the shipping address field to ensure accurate delivery.

2. Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding Public Holidays).

• Orders placed during Local Bazaars or promotional events may take an additional 1–2 days to process due to high volume.

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your delivery via the SF Express website/app.

3. Unsuccessful Delivery

• If SF Express is unable to deliver due to an incorrect address or if the package is not picked up from a locker within the allotted time, the package may be returned to us.

• Re-shipping fees caused by incorrect information or failure to collect will be the responsibility of the customer.
